The content of this site is predominately taken in Southern California (except for the Stewart Range taken in Central Washington). All of the hummingbird and the Coopers hawk images were taken in my own backyard while the white tailed kite, egret, osprey and heron images were taken during visits to local Southern California preservation areas.
All of the hummingbird photographs posted on this site were taken without the aide of artificial fill lighting. I discuss how I am able to do this in the Equipment and Technique section of this website. If you find this information useful I only ask that you acknowledge the source.
PURCHASING IMAGES
You may purchase and then download these images without the watermark for $10.00 per image. These image files are professional quality and most of them are formated for 8x10 printing. All images are provided with sufficient DPI to allow for much greater enlargement while retaining image quality.
As much as possible, I have tried to remove myself from being an intermediary in the acquisition of these images and consquently I've been able to reduce the price. If you have an ink jet printer and use premium photo paper you will be rewarded with a beautiful wildlife image worthy of framing.
If you are interested in 4 x 5.5 folded cards they are $20.00 for eight (8) cards, this includes shipping via Priority Mail. If you would like larger images on canvas or matboard you can email me with the request and I will send you a quote with an order number. You can then utilize my PayPal account "georgekenney@dancingangel.org" to place the order.
For purchase and downloading images you will be utilizing a PayPal shopping cart but you don't need a PayPal account to use this feature. Paypal accepts credit cards as well. After payment is made you will be transferred to another site that facilitates the file transfer.
